1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or courier issues.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India and to selected international locations.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after the order is placed.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products and locations.
Additional COD charges may apply, which will be shown at checkout.


6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at:
